General 5:2 and Fasting Chat

Usually I have my breakfast at 6am. As I'm getting picked up by taxi for the airport at 2am, will I be messing it up completely if I have a slice of toast at 1.45am??? Don't want to arrive at airport starving and susceptable to their silly price snacks.

Thoughts please???
It's only one fast out of a lifetime and assuming you don't eat loads more than usual that day I can't see why it would be a problem. This diet has to fit around you and your life, so don't worry if you have to tweak things once in a while to work around your plans :)
Hmmm - it could well work out that I eat loads more - or less. That's the trouble with travel isn't it! With a group of 5 other girls / ladies so can't pick and choose so easily and am unlikely to have high resistance the day after a fast and with hardly any sleep tonight. But you're right - it's a one off. Ta.
