Been on 5:2 now since the start of March - and I am still amazed that I am losing weight...lost another 1lb this week - after a lot of food over the weekend (roast dinners, chocolate, hot cross buns, cooked breakfast etc) it STILL surprises me that I lose weight.
One thing I am finding is that I am gorging myself the day before my fast day (normally only one time a week) but it is obviously not having any/much effect....
Oh and my trousers need a belt now !!!
