Another fast day
08 Apr 2013, 13:54
Well it's been a busy morning. My grand daughter fancied bacon and eggs today so I cooked that although it did smell yummy!
I had my bowl of porridge made with water and a spoonful of honey.
We then went down the garden where there is a brook and played Poo Sticks.
Then off to my daughters home to help with the house work. The poor thing is recovering from a tummy bug. Now having a cup of tea. Evening meal will be tuna salad. And evening snack, strawberries and plain yoghurt. I find I get really hungry before bed, so that will help.
Regards to everyone.
