JUDDD calculations
12 Apr 2013, 09:48
Hi everyone

After reading all the posts about the confusion over what/how much to eat on feed days I found this calculator on the JUDDD website which calculates how much you need to eat on 'up' or 'down' days.

http://www.johnsonupdaydowndaydiet.com/ ... -diet.html

If you scroll down to the calculator, put in your details and then select the 25% weight loss option this might offer a guide of what you need to eat on average over the week (depending if some days are higher than others)

It looked fairly accurate for me, 404 kCals on fast days, 1600 on feast days (I didn't include any exercise in the calculations)

For me the calculated 1400 feed days seem like a low cal diet to me!
I prefer 2000 cals on feed days and 500 on fast days and I'm losing about 4/5lb a month.

It gives me 1639 on up days and 410 on down days.
I am around 1300 on non-fasting days but I can't go under 500 on fast days. I'll definitely get an angry stomach and I don't want that.
