Dear all.
I am not going to continue with the fast diet. I have had 4 fast days, on each I lived on Propain tablets for the fast day AND the day after, and I have been shaky in each. Weighing in today I have not lost a jot. I am hypoglycaemic so I cannot maintain such low sugar levels.
Having said that may I give my sincere thanks for all your support, and all the best in your journey!
Carol

Hello Carolius, sorry that it hasn't worked for you. You don't have to leave us though ;) . Check in occasionally and there might still be a way for you to modify the plan, get the health benefits and feel ok.
Thanks for your king words and good luck.
Hope to see you around
