Just back after 3 weeks away in India where I was sure I would put on more than a couple of pounds. We've had a great holiday with fabulous food and a few beers. We however pretty much stuck to the fasting regime, managing 5 fast days over the 3 weeks. I've just stepped off the scales - weighing 2lb less than before we set off on our holiday! I love this diet. Its so easy to focus on a single day and I am much better at thinking about what I eat on the days in between.

That's very good news. There have been a few posts about how to manage 5:2ing when on holiday, so this will be welcome. Very well done on showing just how sustainable this WOE is.
