Re: Not Counting Calories

I do count on fast days as it is all new to me .My ultimate goal will be getting to a point where I don't have to count and know what 500 calories looks like. I don't count calories rest of the week but i am looking at reducing portion sizing and if I want something highly calorific I'll have it but just a small amount .

I really don't want to count calories except on fast days. I have dieted on and off for years and have a fair idea of what is high in calories..like missnoma I recently realised how many calories there are In Seeds and nuts and olive oil,so called healthy food.its good to hear from others who aren't counting
I have just started and am hoping tis will work for me
Will try 4:3 and then eat normally on the other days
Not weighing but clothes are looser after two weeks.
