Hope you're all doing fine and your weather isn't driving you mad like our weather is!!!
Half a kilo was kicked out during the past week, which means that I lost 1 kilo in the past 12 days.
Not a progress that I fancy but at least it IS progress so I am grateful. I am pretty sure that if it wasn't for the constipation I'd have better results and I'm looking to solve this as soon as possible.
Last week I did 4:3 and strict calorie counting (my weekly average was 950 and my non-fasting days average was 1288 while my lowest TDEE is 1270) but I won't be able to do that every day this week so I hope that I won't gain any weight.
So far my target seems impossible (4 more kilos to lose till May 4) but I do hope that the package with the zero noodles will arrive soon and I'll be able to reduce my fast days intake. I have a feeling that this will do some difference.
