Morning all,
Hope you're all doing fine and your weather isn't driving you mad like our weather is!!! :curse:

Half a kilo was kicked out during the past week, which means that I lost 1 kilo in the past 12 days.
Not a progress that I fancy but at least it IS progress so I am grateful. I am pretty sure that if it wasn't for the constipation I'd have better results and I'm looking to solve this as soon as possible.

Last week I did 4:3 and strict calorie counting (my weekly average was 950 and my non-fasting days average was 1288 while my lowest TDEE is 1270) but I won't be able to do that every day this week so I hope that I won't gain any weight.

So far my target seems impossible (4 more kilos to lose till May 4) but I do hope that the package with the zero noodles will arrive soon and I'll be able to reduce my fast days intake. I have a feeling that this will do some difference.
Well done ! I found that after a couple of weeks I cured my constipation with cereals and fruit and plenty of water.
Slow but sure TM13. A kilo in 12 days comes to be a wee bit better than the average of a pound a week so you're doing something right!
I swear by dried apricots, 3 have about 50 calls and are like sweeties to me and they get me moving, moving.
Hi TML, you have lost 4kg in 4 weeks, waddya complaining about!

Seriously your overall progress is waaaaaaay ahead of the norm for your BMI as shown by the tracker stats here. Well done, fantastic work!

The bad news is that the tracker suggests you might now lose c.0.4kg per week. So you might need that more aggressive approach to hit your May target. To be honest I would give it more time, but then I don't have your willpower...
Thank you all for your replies!!!

Bee, my diet is full of things that make us regular. I eat veggies, olive oil, oatmeal, wholemeal grains, dried prunes and I drink at least 1,5 litres of water and coffee.

Janeg, sadly, apricots disgust me. And so do kiwis. But I did try prunes and I'm thinking that perhaps I should eat more of them, daily. Maybe I should have them as breaky AND as a snack.

Dominic (oh how I love your smiley face), I don't have willpower. I am just a stubborn cow that doesn't take no for an answer, even from herself!
