Has anyone noticed their eating habits have changed since doing 5:2?
I am (was?) a self confessed chocoholic. If there was chocolate in the house, it didn't last long. Yesterday my granny brought round some Lindt chocolate, and I had a bit this morning and found I really did not want it at all. Usually I would have scoffed the lot, but lately I don't want to eat stuff like that. Same goes for biscuits, cake, takeaways, basically all the things that aren't good for you.
Perhaps that is why I am finding this so easy?
So I am wondering if it's made me more able to listen to what my body wants. Maybe since it's not getting as much food as it was, I'm craving the things it needs to run efficiently.
That has got to be a health benefit, surely?
