well, kind of stayed the same
4 weeks ago i was 191lbs then we had Easter, i had a horrid cold for 2 weeks (I never get ill usually) and last weekend was hubbys birthday so apart from losing a couple of pounds when i was ill i seem to have put them back on and stil be 191lbs
I know its good really, as i havent out on but i really would have loved to get a few more pounds off before my holiday at the end of this month
guess i will have to be a bit more accurate with cals for the next 10days or so, have had a few too many chips and choc recently
i think my tdee is around 2100 so i should aim for around that on my non fast days and 500 on fast days? or at least a weekly total of 11500
