After my weigh in yesterday and losing 3.75 pounds in my first week I am actually feeling okay about my 4th fast tomorrow. I have had lovely food today but its only totalled 1951 cals and I walked the dogs for 2 hours. Had a lovely Chinese dinner from marks and spencer and a cream meringue for pud

I don't feel guilty for this AT ALL - I love it!!!
It's totally awesome isn't it. I love it too and honestly can't see me giving it up.
It's such an easy woe. No guilt but still maintaining or losing. Fab.
Your weight loss is amazing !
Great job. Remember, the first week you will lose mostly water weight. Also, while it is good to enjoy regular eating on feed days, you want to be careful not to overeat. I learned the hard way. Focus on green salads and lots and lots of veggies.
I thought as long as u stick within your calorie allowance then you were ok? I have been fluctuating it as well so nearer to recommended intake and then lower too
I love it too - it's great to be able to eat normally most of the time and I quite enjoy my fast days. I think of them as a day off cooking (I love cooking but not diet cooking!) I stick to very simple food - a boiled egg for breakfast, salad for lunch and soup or a ready meal for the evening meal. I'm also saving money and time - fewer treks round the supermarket.
Agree with the no guilt, it def is the best WOE I've found

Back to fasting tomorrow....fingers crossed for a good week
I agree - I'm actually enjoying my food nowadays! No guilty feelings when I indulge my chocolate habit and I even had my first piece of toast this year under scrambled eggs). Yummy!
