Hello all, first fast of the week and feeling good!
After a weekend of the usual treats such as chocolate and apple pie, I've been looking forward to today. I started with tea, plain yoghurt with blueberries and strawberries and later, two cups of tea. No lunch, but will have salmon and salad and fruit at 5.45pm, then coffee before bed.
Don't forget to count the calories of tea and coffee if milk is added. I hate black tea and coffee!
I've been busy all morning with housework. An hour and Half for one of my clients, then my own.
My jeans are getting looser and I hope soon to get into the jeans I bought 4years ago!
My husband comes home from Sea tomorrow so I will show him the book and hopefully he can try the 5:2.
