Yep, me too, except it's a Saturday morning !! :clover:
After thinking I wouldn't weigh at all, I've been weighing in once a week (at the health clinic at work). I weigh myself the morning after a fast to try to reduce the variation ( or at least control for it).
I now weigh daily as the fluctuations are so great I'm finding it really interesting.
I think weighing weekly could be depressing if it happens to be an up day. I would recommend either daily, not expecting to lose daily just watching the trend, or monthly.
