I've suffered with high blood pressure for some time, hopefully can get this down a bit with losing some more weight.

I take BP readings 3/4 times a week and noticed on fasting days BP is always slightly up, been advised I need to drink more water !

I forgot the link between dehydration and increased BP !
thats interesting Nog
I had to have a 24 BP monitoring cuff on this week and it was on my fasting day, i tried to look at the readings each time it went off and they were mostly in the 130-140 range with a few 120. am hoping the Dr will think this is ok as i came off my tablets (8a day) after an operation and havent been back on them
