General 5:2 and Fasting Chat

Excellent news - the word is spreading slow but sure :)... but my GP hadn't heard about it when we saw him late October. My next visit is due shortly and I'll be taking him a copy of the book :lol:
And it remains the UK's best selling book after four consecutive weeks:

It's also ranked No.1 on amazon.co.uk - and 'The 2-Day Diet' is No.2! Kate Harrison's book is at No.5 and Jacqueline Wishart's 'The 5:2 Diet: Recipe Book' is at No.7.

So 4 of the top 10 books are about intermittent fasting...

And it is the top-selling UK Kindle book, despite being more than 15x the price of 'The Life of Pi' (No.2) or 'The Hundred-Year-Old Man...' (No.3).
JUMP on that bandwagon
keep piling in.
ready for the backlash when, because they have overcomplicated things, those who are not working from the simplicity of the Horizon version, start to fall by the wayside.

I HATE the diet industry.
It does not care about health, just money.
Well said. The diet industry is not the friend of the overweight.
