Today was supposed to be my 8th fast. I was doing so well went for a 5k run, then played on the Wii fit for an hour (too much time on my hands being between jobs)... Then picked up my parents from the station at 6 and my Dad suggests a prezzos! (Italian chain restaurant) I had a 500 calorie meal all good, but then my glass was accidentally filled with red wine, would have been rude not to, then a lemon drizzle cake!

Promise to do better next week!!
In the grand scheme of things, I don't think it's going to go a great deal of harm. There's always next time....
If that was all you had then just consider it a low-cal day. :)
Thanks guys just funny easily swayed I am!
Well done on making 5:2 fit in with your life, instead of the other way round!!

HERE HERE!! You still are doing well, take a look at the bigger picture and see how far you've come. In the grand scheme of things, one day with a few extra cals really is ok :like:
I often accidentally fill my glass with red wine LOL - can I quote you?
