Yes I know I probably shouldn't weight myself twice a day or more but I do.
It's just falling off, the excess weight, and I can even get into a pair of jeans I have comfortable and do up the last button which previously I kept unbuttoned (ok as I would wear an overhanging shirt)
And I have a visibly smaller stomach area.

Fasting as 5-2 (5 fast days) in total. Worked out I must have at least cut a cumulative 8,000 calories over that time due to better eating feast days too. No wonder its falling off me.
