First week over
04 May 2013, 10:35
Well I managed to get through my first week, I fasted on Monday and had a big mind over matter battle to deal with, I really don't know why as I only had 1 crumpet less for breakfast then I had done the week before when I was on a 1200 cal a day diet and had my lunch later in the afternoon and that was the same as I had been eating as the 2 add up to my 500 cals, so no big change there, just my mind messing me around hahaha. I went kickboxing in the evening so by the time I got home didn't want any food as it takes an hour just to wind down from it then bed time so that was easy.
Wednesday was the same but not such a brain battle and when I got home from training I felt really miserable but when I got up in the morning I felt really happy and full of beans and not hungry at all so I didn't break the fast till 2 in the afternoon when I started to feel hungry and I felt great all day.
On feast days I'm sticking to the 1200 cal limit but I know if I want to eat more I can, I just don't want to at the moment.
My first week on 1200 cal diet I lost 3lbs and the 2nd week with the 5-2 diet and an extra night training I've lost 5lbs but best of all 1 1/2 inches of my waist.
I'm pleased with the first week and I hope next week will be a bit easier, i don't think my weight loss will be as good but just as long as it's something then I'll be happy.

Wow! That's massive in two weeks. I think the kick boxing is giving you a kick start. Go girl!
