Fast day yesterday and plenty to do to keep me from grazing so i was expecting a good result when i weighed myself first thing this morning. Used to be 76kg late last year which was my highest and was around 73/74 before i started 5-2 in April.
It was reading just over the 70kg scale this morning so that makes it about 3kg or 6.5 pounds in 3 weeks!
