3rd fasting day in a week....?
08 May 2013, 19:11
I started the 5:2 diet last Friday, just because I woke up and thought, todays the day!
I then did my 2nd fast yesterday (Tuesday) because Monday was a Bank Holiday and I didn't want to be fasting on a BH.
However, ideally, I would like to fast on a Monday and a Thursday and so I am thinking of fasting again tomorrow (Thursday) to help get me into that pattern.
Is that Ok to do that, or shall I just wait until Monday for my next fast?

Thanks in advance.
It's definitely ok. I believe there are some who fast on the Tues/Thurs pattern and others on Mon/Wed. Try it and see if it works for you!
adjust it to suit yourself, as long as your doing it, Im new 2nd week and do Tues / Wed this week Wed / Thur so which day is your call
I regularly do fasts with one day off between. The second fast isn't too bad, but I struggle with a 3rd (I was doing 4:3 instead of 5:2). I've never tried back to back fasts. That sounds hard!
