Green tea question
08 May 2013, 20:34
Do you think GreenTea aids weight loss?
Last month I had a 7 day stay at an amazing 5 star hotel, the food was irresistible! Fasting and calorie counting were forgotten!
I took my Twinnings GreenTea with Peppermint tea bags with me, to be honest, I had a cup every evening before bed simply because I had eaten such a vast amount for dinner I needed some peppermint to feel more comfortable!
I also had a cup in the afternoon because it was refreshing.

On my return home I dreaded stepping on the scales, I fully expected to have gained at least 8lbs, although strangely I didn't feel heavier.
I couldn't believe my eyes, my weight had stayed the same!! Unbelievable !!!
I had basically stuffed my face and lay on a sun bed for a whole week, and not gained!
The only thing I can put it down to is the GreenTea.

Green Tea does nothing for me in terms of losing weight. But going on vacation does. It does not seem to matter what I eat, I still come back the same or slightly lighter. I chalk it up to reduced stress and improved sleep quality.

I use chaoji tea which is a blend of green tea with other ingredients. It has helped me slim down and i would recommend it. Good luck.
