Hi everyone,
Having a bad week starting with the bank holiday and bar b cues and booze for 2 days running, then got a tummy ache and had one day on just a liquid fast only because of the tommy ache but then had a curry take away at 8 last night and have only had 140 cals today and will be having a 400 cal meal in minute but as it's 24 hours on 140 cal does that count or do I have to add in 5 hours of digesting the curry. Have I done my 2 days, I hope so as its making me really grumpy
A day is 24 hours so if you only have 500 calories today that counts. It doesn't matter what time you ate the night before, and you certainly don't need to count the hours needed to digest your food! Sounds like a successful week to me :0)

We have had a tummy bug here too, my son was ill overnight last night and I felt sick today, that made my fast day super easy today because I don't think I would have eaten anyway :0).
Thank you for your reply but if I eat more tonight would that still count as having 24 hours on 140 cals or is it having a whole day after your last meal on 500 cals. Just trying to work out the best way to eat when I'm grumpy hahaha x
You need to have 500 calories from the time you wake up till you go to bed. That's all.
It sounds to me that you did well, even if you were unwell for a day.
