I woke up this morning looking forward to another fast day. However my poor cat Ned was not himself and i was really worried about him. Had a mad dash to the vets to find he has a nasty bite on his leg. I had both him and my 10 month old crying in the car and now i have a banging headache and trying not to dive into the biscuit tin!! I need the willpower!!

Hope things calm down for you. "Things" at work tried their best to stress me out but I got the better of em
Thanks Bee, im going to take a few deep breaths and i might treat myself to a cup a soup!
Oh no Pennyfaster - that does sound stressful!
Can you ring a friend for a moan?
Will eating really help? Keep having hot drinks - that's what I'm doing. Apple and cinnamon tea keeping me going today.

Poor Ned! Hope he's feeling better.
Have a sit down with the cat on your knee, he'll go to sleep after his traumatic morning and then you won't be able to move to reach biscuits

Hi Jo. No, food will definitely not help but its always been my go to in times of stress. Its something i have to work on! I have always been an emotional eater . I will give my best bud a call in a bit, she is always good to talk to.
Good idea Pixie!
Yes I tend to think of food (or wine!) when I'm stressed, tired or bored. Bad habit, eh? Why would it help really?!
I hope to break this habit too.
Finding today's fast hard. Could really eat now ... Trying not to.
Rain doesn't help
