If I have a spoonful of sugar in my coffee with semi milk how may calories

Here's where you can calculate it. Sorry, but I have no idea what "semi milk" means so I can't help you.

I would caution that if you are adding something to coffee on your fast day, measure *every* time. It's so easy to have the measurements go up by a smidge each time until you don't realize it, but you're adding twice as many calories as you think you're adding!!

About 16 cals for the sugar if it's a teaspoon.

Milk depends on quantity ! 30 ml (two tablespoons) is another 16 cals making 32 total.
