General 5:2 and Fasting Chat

 so yesterday was my first proper and committed fast day. I know my TDEE should be 1850 which seems high. When I put in details I said not much or no exercise as I don't run or go to gym. However the same details on my fitness pal app says in order to loose weight at 1 pound x week I need to consume 1500 calories.

So what do I do? Something in between? The thing with this WOE is that the day after fast the weight goes on again!? What would you all suggest? What do you all do?
My fitness pal works on continuous calorie reduction. If it said you need to eat 1500 to lose at 1 lb/week then it thinks your TDEE is 2000 as 1 lb/week is a 500 cal/day difference.

To do the same on 5:2 you would eat around 2000 five days a week and 500 for 2 days a week. The calorie deficit is slightly smaller.
Thanks for your reply. I will stick to TDEE then as its an in between.. 2000 is too many cals for me
