so yesterday was my first proper and committed fast day. I know my TDEE should be 1850 which seems high. When I put in details I said not much or no exercise as I don't run or go to gym. However the same details on my fitness pal app says in order to loose weight at 1 pound x week I need to consume 1500 calories.
So what do I do? Something in between? The thing with this WOE is that the day after fast the weight goes on again!? What would you all suggest? What do you all do?
