General 5:2 and Fasting Chat

I think I am finally seeing changes in appetite having completed 4 weeks. I usually fast on Tuesdays and Thursdays, so Wednesdays are "feast days". I always have porridge with fruit compote and skim milk for breakfast, and a macaroni cheese from a local fast food shop for lunch (my DH doesn't like mac n cheese and I love it so it's the one time a week I have it), plus a small bowl of mango and pomegranate. I knew while I was eating the mac n cheese about halfway through that it was enough but still I kept eating, because I always did in the past. I regret it now.
i have noticed this too, i'm in my 5th week and really cannot manage "normal" portions on a feed day and if it try, i very much regret it after forcing down that last bit!

It can only be a good thing :)
