Or so I think...
Before starting 5:2, if I ate more than 1200 calories on one day, I'd be half a kilo heavier on the next day.
When I started 5:2, I thought that my TDEE was 1500, then I thought it was 1270, now I think it's somewhere in between.
Anyway, during the past week, I didn't fast and I wasn't watching what I was eating either since I was going through a rough time and I wasn't in the mood for any restriction of any kind. Most of the days I was over 1500 calories and I was eating all sorts of crap.
Bottom line, I lost no weight but haven't gained either. I might not be happy with how much I've lost but I'm very happy with not gaining after a week of eating whatever, whenever.
I'm back on track -fasting today- and I am planning to insert two consecutive days of Dukan's attack phase sometime next week just in case I help things move around a bit.
It would be a good week, if it wasn't a very bad one...
