Shout-Out to NoraBoswell!

Nora, I just read your success story on the inspirational stories forum, and also saw your pictures. Congratulations! You look wonderful and your success story was very interesting. I see you're following a 7 hour eating window. I'm doing an 8 hour one and enjoying it very much. I've just started so there's not a lot of loss, but I believe if I'm loyal to this way of eating, I will eventually reach my goal weight. My husband and I started on 5:2, but once he switched over to The 8 Hour Diet, I just followed. It's easier when you do the same thing together.

Congrats on a wonderful story. I know you mentioned you're 65. I'll be 60 this year. Who says us oldies can't lose the weight?

Good luck to you and you husband on your journey, Rainbow53. The great thing about this WOL is that it is easy to adapt to personal circumstances and preferences whilst still keeping to the basic principles, hence, I suppose, it's success,
