I fasted Tuesday and Wednesday and noticed a decrease in my apptetite...I went for lunch today with a colleague and feel full to busrting point...and I didn't eat that much. A bowl of gazpacho and a mushroom flatbread mini pizza. (Think small plate size). I feel like I've eaten a huge Dominoes deep pan.
It really does go to show that you can get full on a lot less than you think!
