weighing?
18 May 2013, 05:28
Hi everyone,

I am new to this and i know some people are not weighing but i would like to keep track weighing myself just once a week.
If i start my week by fasting on the monday and thursday shall i weigh on the following monday morning before i start my fast again to get my true weight and loss for that week?
just wondering when everyone else weighs?

Many thanks

I started 5:2 with my first fast day on a Wednesday, the second on Friday and my fast days for the second week were Monday and Thursday (now my regular days). I first weighed myself the next Wednesday morning, so in fact after three fasts but one week after I had started. I suppose that makes my first week 4:3, hadn't thought of that before! I think consistency is the key (I weigh myself once a week on Wednesdays still) but don't forget to measure your waist (and anything else you might like) as that can be a more reliable indication that you're shrinking than weight which can fluctuate. Good luck! :clover:
