Feed day over-eat
18 May 2013, 09:03
Went a bit bonkers yesterday and ate pretty much everything I could see/think of. Not sure why but it was rather like the way I ate last year - not good.
Today I was, unsurprisingly, 1kg heavier!
So this weekend I must be sensible and stick within my TDEE to regain lost ground.
Wish me luck :0)

Good luck. I have the same problem, but saying that, I still seem to be on a downward spiral even with my up and downs :)

Forget about yesterday, you have already learned from it....move forward now and be ultra positive, this is a way of life and life is full of bumps...well mine is, bumps on the belly, bumps on the hips....haha
Go for it, and most of all, enjoy, don't beat yourself up.

Whenever I have a bad day (not necessarily with eating too much) I wake up next morning and say to myself 'That was yesterday, today's another day'!
