Restart Kickstart With a 4:3
20 May 2013, 15:06
The last 2 weeks have been not great for me....my fast days are fine but I am more out of control on the feed days than I was previously. I didn't even weigh in last week but can feel in my clothes that I've probably gained a bit back even. After a boozy/foody birthday weekend, I am calling today my "restart" and will do a MWF fast this week. I don't think 3 days of fasting will work with my lifestyle regularly, but I can do it this week. I am also going to start tracking my calories again on feed days in MFP and will allow myself a "night off" once per week where I don't need to count calories. That's the plan...will weigh in on Saturday and update then :)
Best of luck to you, I also started again this week. The last couple of weeks were so chocka with uni assignments and starting a new job that I just got lazy and decided to take a break.

It's been pretty easy to get back into the fasts, just my runs are a bit horrid after a break! Was able to run three miles fairly easily, today it felt like a marathon!
