Has anyone had any holidays whilst they are on 5/2 . If so did you still have fast days?

No but we are going away and have already thought about it, I can fast on the car journey and choose a sensible meal in the evening and another day skip breakfast and have a slimming bar for lunch and a salad for tea, the rest of week bring on the bread and wine! Hope you can fit it in too! Good luck

Ha Ha ,Yes that sounds about right. I think any of my good intentions will soon disappear once I get there.

We're doing a 2 week cruise in 3 weeks time so I think the diet is going out of the window (or overboard ;) ).

I've lost nearly 2 stone since September so I'm feeling better about myself (still 2.5 to go though) but although I'll go 7:0, I'll probably try to eat sensibly and maybe avoid desserts.

Yes, we've had a weeks walking in the Lakes :)
We compensated by doing an extra day in the week before and after.
