Goodness, it's hard! I only had 3 beers last night with my friends but am a complete lightweight, and fasting today is REALLY difficult! I just want a big fat naughty breakfast!
Will I make it to dinner??
AND this week is my first 4:3 week ever, making it extra hard as it seems I have such a good excuse to skip this fast!
Better list my reasons to keep going, for much needed motivation:
*I am 0.8kg away from my target!
*Tomorrow is the 1 month anniversary of my starting this diet
*I have a huge dinner and party on Saturday so I want to be able to eat without guilt
*I love feeling like I can beat hunger and be in control
*That food tonight will taste AMAZING, much better than if I don't fast today
Still, it's going to be tough: 8 hours to go
