A little weekend laugh for you....
I love 5:2 because even though I'm hungry it's taught me it's not devastating to feel that hunger. That's the hard part of "diets", you calorie restrict for awhile and get tired of it and quit and gain it back. This WOE is so much more sustainable--yeah I'm hungry today but I can eat tomorrow and I don't have to feel hungry every day.
