My sister is getting married on 7th Sept and I wanted to be 14 stone for then, so I have 2 stone 10 pounds to lose in 14 weeks, which is 2.7 pounds a week so maybe I am putting too much pressure on myself..

As far as I am concerned that is the diet trap. Everyone wants to lose weight too fast. Be happy to lose weight and keep it off. Stay in for the long haul. Do a diet that works and stay with it.

Remember you're gonna look good for your sister's wedding anyway. Smile for the camera and try and catch the bouquet!

Thanks everyone!
Peter - wont need to catch bouquet as already married but it may burn some extra cals off from the wedding dinner!

TML - I hope the Dukan diet is going well combined with this

You are doing so great!! Wonderful loss! I still feel guilty when I eat a lot or "bad" food. Hard to get over that isn't it? Hoping that will go away in time.
