I have been doing the diet for 2 weeks.
I don't have a problem fasting particularly. I am even looking at the liquid only fast which I have seen n another thread.
No, my problem is that I am actually putting on weight. I am trying to take comfort in the knowledge that the fasting has positive side effects but I really wanted to lose weight as well.
I have not found that my appetite is curbed on the days following a fast, rather I am embracing the advice that I can eat whatever I want. I think that I must be mo than compensating for the food I have not eaten in the previous day.
I suppose I am just going to have to be sensible. I would be really interested in other peoples experiences and any tips would be really appreciated.
