Don't do a supermarket order and arrange delivery on a fast day......

Well done!

Keep sipping water.

You can eat tomorrow.

Eat real food. Not too much. Mostly plants.
Embracing 16:8 by eating between 11am - 7pm.
Keeping carbs down low, my daily protein aim is 80g and mindfully enjoying the good fats of organic extra virgin olive oil and organic butter.
Always look on the bright side of life :0)
