for those who struggle sleeping
05 Jun 2013, 12:49
I was on fast 1 on Monday and was ready for the sleeplessness. Had a clipper sleep infusion tea at half 8. Turned the TV off at 9 next thing it was half 6. I haven't slept like that since before I has kids !!!! Could highly recommend it!
Sounds promising....my husband has terrible trouble sleeping, although he generally also hates herbal tea.... does it taste ok?!
And where can you buy it? I live in Spain so I am not sure I could get it. I have tremendous trouble sleeping at night!!
It's actually not too bad not sickly sweet like some of them. Just had crispy pancakes and some chips and all those carbs will keep me awake so might have one tonight
Oh not sure about Spain as i get it in tesco. It's cinnamon chamomile lemon and valerian in a bag if that helps
