Any ideas to get rid of this nausea that don't involve breaking a fast? (And no, I am not pregnant...)
Ginger? Any in the fridge?
Hmmm...ginger tea maybe? I'm at work so will see if there is some in the coffee room but may step out at lunchtime to the health food store.

Thanks for the suggestion Merlin - agreed that a single cracker wouldn't damage the fast but might trigger my hunger switch and make the problem worse.
Hope the cracker and ginger tea worked and you feel much better mummybunny
Strangely I felt sick on my "feast" day yesterday. Green tea and water calmed things down for me
Thanks all - I just had some ginger, orange and vanilla tea and do feel better. Just have to get rid of the coffee smell in my office. I often feel a little queasy at around 6:30pm on fast days, as I'm getting off the train and anticipating dinner, but it usually goes away as soon as I eat something.
I'm glad you are feeling better. Just wanted to chime in with the suggestion of chamomile tea for future reference. I detest ginger tea, but chamomile works for me. Mint teas or candy are supposed to help as well.
