Hmmm I only managed to do my first fast of the week yesterday (I normally do Monday and Wednesday). Question is....when do I do my next fast? I could do it today as I am at work during the day but would it be harder as it would be my 2nd consecutive day? Or should I fast saturday (ahhh even as I type this I dont want to do saturday) sigh. Today it is.... if I manage it :/

I'd leave a day in between, but whatever you think! I usually do one weekend day, i dont find it difficult, because i'm too busy to think about food!

Thanks rebelsue. I got to work and there were free doughnuts so I definitely have not been able to fast today! Dohhh!
