Morning everyone!

Just thought I'd give a little update to spread the thinspiration!

Ok so, I went away 2 weeks ago for a week. I was really nervous about putting weight back on and quite anxious about not being able to do any fasts whilst away. Anyway, I was determined to have a good holiday and not think about it! I managed to not eat breakfast each day, but I more than made up for it the rest of the time, I mean, complete gluttony. We ate and ate and ate and drank and drank and drank!! So because of this, I didn't weigh when I got home because I knew how distraught I'd be. I planned on doing 4:3 for a week then weigh.

First fast day came along and I was so ill from some bug or other (holiday blues!) that I couldn't fast. Second fast day came and I had unexpected guests come round in the evening bringing lots of food and wine! So I only managed one fast

Anyway, I got on the scales today, and I'm exactly the same weight as I was before my holiday!! Woo hoo!!!! Don't ask me how or why but I am!

Moral of the story, don't get bogged down if life gets in the way. You can soon jump straight back on the 5:2 wagon with minimal damage!

Well done! Always pleasing to not gain when it's expected. :)
