Another GP on our side. Yeah!
13 Jun 2013, 21:00
Went to my GP today for the first time in about 6 months though we've spoken on the phone. He's been my doctor for over 16 years & knows me well as I'm a regular attender due to my chronic pain.

Before I could say anything he commented on how well I looked - that I had a glow (no make up) & it was the best I'd looked in years. Told him about 5:2 he was very interested & supportive & advised that I keep it up.
I told my GP How I had lost 5.5kg in 8 weeks and how much I loved this WOE and was hopeful for the health benefits. I lent her the book and said she might try it herself! I've lost 3 more kilos since the visit 4 weeks agao (big yeh!) So I can't wait to see her for the next visit to see what she thinks of it. Will keep you posted.
I still haven't told her. I'm contemplating to do so next time I go. I'll probably be near my goal weight (please God, pretty-pretty please!!!) and it will be showing!!!
Hi Scotty and well done bet you feel really chuffed, I'm trying to put off going to nursy for a month or so longer just so I can get similar reaction.
Good luck :victory: Sue
