Everybody's doing it!
03 Feb 2013, 18:42
I was at a social event last night meeting friends I haven't seen for ages. We were all commenting on how great everyone is looking and there was a chorus of 'Oh I'm doing the 5:2'

It's getting everywhere! I'm also glad to say that one of these friends is a doctor and she believes in it too.

How fabulous! I'm in the US - the only two people I know who are doing this in real life are my husband and one of my oldest friends in the world. :-)

hi gill and tracey- I find it amazing how this is spreading around the world- it is so good to hear from people over the water too, tracey. It doesn't really matter that you only have 2 "real" buddies- you have us too!!!!
Gill- you are so lucky to know a doctor who is supportive- mine is just totally useless- but I am doing it for me not her!!!
I have decided to spread the news among all my friends and aquaintencies and then hopefully start a little support group locally- there are pleanty of people here who could benefit from it.

all the best to both of you- ursula
