Hi everyone,
Well I just read the article and I liked it. the article is called ~The Fast and the Curious" on page 102.
The general article was informing readers of the past research in to intermitant fasting. They mention Dr MM Horizon show and it's popularity in the UK.It mention's a Dr Leonie Heilbronn, University of Adelaide associate Professor who's headed up several studies on alternate day fasting. Pretty much it's all the stuff that we already know BUT the best bit was the 'I tried it" blurb that one of our forum members wrote about her first 3 weeks on this WOE.It was honest and positive but the BEST bit was she mentioned our forum's web address. She said in week 1 "I browsed the message boards at 52fastdiet.co.uk (there are many Aussie dieters on there ) for inspiration".
