Coffee with a small amount of sugar and milk is a must. I drink this early, an then try to get to 10:30hrs before eating fruit. Then another coffee for lunch, mid afternoon snack (dim sum) and 19:30hrs dinner. I fundamentally use the coffees as energy to push my meals back in the day.

@ Nadiaj, have you tried the electronic cigarettes? My hubby swears by them. He started using them over 2 years ago and went from a 40 a day, roll your own smoker, to no tobacco cigarettes overnight. He now gets his nicotine hit, and lots of different flavours (why have a tobacco flavour when you can 'vape' (inhale vapour)chocolate cherry flavour? Plus he has something to keep his hands busy.
