love the flexibility of the wol
18 Jun 2013, 20:14
today should have been a fast day but when i got home i realised that the lasagne and onion rings needed using up so i turned today into a 16/8. will try a fast tomorrow but not sure i can do 2 back to back as Thursday is my normal second fast of the week.

dont suppsoe it would do much damage if i did 16/8 and then fasted as normal - that might be a better option

mmmmm lasagne and onion rings
These things happen, I had to use Sunday's left over Lamb yesterday on a fast day. Didn't have pots with it but probably went over the cals.
