Been missing breakfast each day then lunching about 2pm.
Finished eating last night 8:30pm (filling dinner)
Today at 10:30am felt quite hungry. Hadn't done anything much physically
- had 3 cups of green tea by then; again by 12:00 felt really hungry.
Not doing proper 5:2 at the moment as holidaying with relatives..
So is feeling extra hungry a good sign!
I would take it as a good sign, especially as you are holidaying. :)
I don't think hunger is a reliable indicator of when you are burning fat. But if you are skipping breakfast every day without eating more later, I think you must be. Good luck, and enjoy your holiday.
I find that when I am feeling hungry at times that I normally don't and I haven't changed my food routine then in those weeks/times/days I have tended to lose more weight/centimetres. This is not a scientific study or anything it is just something that I have noticed on myself.
