Sneak peek
23 Jun 2013, 14:13
I've been following the 5:2 for the last 2 months and have lost a stone but have been going up and down around the same weight for the last 3 weeks and yesterday I had the scales go down to 11 and a half, the day before it was 11.11 so I thought water weight gone for today but still the lowest yet and this morning I'm the same  my weigh in is Thursday so just have to wait and see if I stay that weight, but just pleased that the scales showed me a number that I haven't seen for a long while so I know I am going down even with the fluctuations, my lowest before was 11.10

Great. I had a sneaky peek today too. Apparently I have lost 6lb since Friday which takes me to 12lb in total! Fingers crossed I am still down by my weigh day. Still it's a real incentive not to mess things up.

Nelsonsmum wow 6lbs. I just think that if the scales say the low weight then that means I'm heading that way. You are 6lbs lighter but the water retention just likes to mess us about, so as long as your hanging around that weight then it won't be long till your hanging around a even lighter weight
