I've been going up and down by 2-4 lbs for 3 weeks, then over night I dropped 5lbs, last Thursday I was 11.12 I had a sneak peek on Saturday and I was 11.7, I thought it was down to dehydration as on Friday I went out for a slap up meal with lots of wine so wasn't expecting much today but lo and behold I am 11.7 and I had a take away at the weekend with enough booze to give me a hangover Sunday and Monday oopppps so all you lovely ladies stuck on the dreaded plateau it really does change over night without having to change thing. I was surprisingly hungry from Saturday onwards though, even wanted breakfast that I don't normally eat, I think my body wanted those pounds back but I have ignored the rumblings and today I had my normal hunger back instead of the MUST EAT MONSTER
